3 Tbsp (45 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice

¼ Cup (60 ml) chopped fresh cilantro

1 Clove garlic, minced

¼ (1 mL) salt

1 (15 mL) Tbsp canola oil

2 Wild salmon fillets (each 6 0z/175 grams)

How to Prepare

  1. In a small bowl, combine the avocado, pepper, onion, lime juice, cilantro, garlic, and salt. Cover and let stand for at least 30 minutes to blend the flavors.
