How to Make It
- Preheat a broiler or grill to high heat.
- If broiling, place the oven rack in the upper-middle position (about 6 inches from the heat). Place the tomato quarters on a rimmed baking sheet and broil for 2 to 3 minutes, until coloring or char appears.
- If grilling, place the tomato quarters on the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until grill marks appear.
- Layer the arugula, grilled tomatoes, and Burrata on a large plate. Drizzle with the dressing.
