Ingredients
- 2 shallots
- 2½ tbsp olive oil
- 200 g cooked butter beans
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 date
- ½ lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tahini
- ½ tsp salt
How to Make It
- Halve the shallots, coat them with ½ tablespoon olive oil and grill them on their cut side over direct heat for 2 minutes. Then finish cooking them over indirect heat for 10 minutes, turning them over from time to time.
- Combine the grilled shallots with the other ingredients and 2 tablespoons water in a blender and process until smooth.
