Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce or Dijon mustard, to taste
- 2 slices wholemeal bread
- 90 g cooked turkey breast, sliced
- 20 g Swiss cheese, sliced
- 1 small handful lettuce leaves
- ¼ medium carrot, coarsely grated
- ¼ medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- ½ medium tomato, sliced
- 1 small handful alfalfa sprouts
How to Make It
- Spread the cranberry sauce or mustard on one slice of bread. Layer the turkey, cheese, lettuce, carrot, cucumber, tomato and alfalfa.
- Top with the other slice of bread.
- To serve, place on a serving plate and cut in half.
