How to Make It
- In a blender, blend all ingredients to make the pesto.
- In a bowl, combine tomatoes and olives with half the pesto mixture.
- Using a 3-inch (8 cm) round cookie cutter, arrange tomato tartare on plates. Cover with mozzarella, garnish with remaining pesto and basil leaves.
