Ingredients
- ½ cup maple syrup, grade B
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 cup whole almonds, chopped
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¾ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Combine the maple syrup and tahini in a large bowl and beat until smooth.
- Add the almonds, vanilla extract, and coconut and mix well.
- Spread onto a greased cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
- Serve with fresh fruit.
