Ingredients
- 1 package (10 ounces) ready-made whole wheat pizza crust
- ¼ cup peanut sauce
- 0.33 cup chopped cilantro
- 1¼ cups (4 ounces) shredded cooked chicken
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ¾ cup fresh or canned bean sprouts, rinsed and drained
- ¾ cup shredded or matchstick carrots
- 0.33 cup sliced green onion
- Chopped fresh cilantro (optional)
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on baking sheet. Spread peanut sauce in thin layer over crust within ½-inch of edge. Sprinkle with cilantro. Arrange chicken evenly over crust. Bake 8 minutes or until warm.
- Sprinkle cucumber, bean sprouts, carrots and green onion over top of pizza. Cut into wedges and top with cilantro, if desired.
