This is a great choice for lunch; light, fresh and fabulous.
Ingredients
- 4 cup frozen Strawberries
- 2 Pears, peeled and cored
- 3 oz Aloe Vera Juice
- 3 cup water
- ½ tsp Cardamom
- 2 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 large head Romaine Lettuce (1 lb or more)
How to Make It
- In a blender, add all Ingredients except for the greens and pulse a few times.
- Then add in the Greens and process on high until you have a smooth and creamy texture. Serve.
