Ingredients
- 2 tins of Smoked Fish at least 500 g
- 2 large onions chopped
- 2 tablespoons plain flour
- 2 cups of milk
- 1 cup of grated cheese
- 1 cup mixed frozen vegetables optional
- Sat and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
How to Make It
- In a large saucepan boil onions until soft. Take off the heat and drain the water. Put back on the heat on low and stir in butter, then flour until mixed. Add milk keeping stirring watching not to burn the pan add salt and pepper.
- Cheese can be added if you have it. Put smoked fish into a large baking dish and pour sauce over. Mix through and add breadcrumbs on top. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes and serve with mash.
