This is a quick and easy recipe to make, and it is sure to be a hit with the whole family. It can be had for breakfast or for any other meal too.
Ingredients
- 2 Medium Bell Peppers (Pick any color, red, green or yellow or use 1 of each!)
- Handful of Spinach leaves
- Chicken Sausages (You can improvise and use any of your favorite sausages)
- 1 Large Onion
- 1.5 Tbsp Hot Sauce
- 1 Tbsp Clarified Butter
- Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Wash the Spinach leaves under cold water to remove any dirt remaining on it.
- Roughly, chop the spinach, bell peppers, onions, sausages and parsley. Heat a pan with clarified butter and add all the ingredients to it, beginning with the onions.
- Add your favorite hot sauce to this and let it cook for some time. Once cooked, garnish with chopped parsley.
