Ingredients
- ¾ cup coconut flesh
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/3 tsp mustard powder
- ½ tsp soaked gold mustard seeds
- ¼ tsp ground hot chili
- 3-4 tbsp vinegar
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 tsp agave syrup
- 1 garlic clove
- Pinch of curry powder
- 3 tbsp chopped white onion
- Salt
- Water if needed
How to Make It
- Soak the seeds for about 20 hours.
- Put them into the blender with the oil and a little water and blend to crush them.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until the mixture gets a smooth texture.
- Add water if needed. Refrigerate afterwards.
