An easy and quick juicy recipe made by fresh carrot and raisins.
Ingredients
- 1 big carrot peeled and shredded
- 5 tsp agave nectar
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1/3 cup black soaked raisins
- ½ tsp spoon vanilla bean
- 1 tsp soaked basil seeds
- 3 tbsp soaked pistachio
- 3 tbsp soaked hulled almonds
- ½ tsp orange zest
How to Make It
- Keep aside the half quantity of the raisins, the pistachio and the almonds.
- Keep aside the half quantity of the raisins, the pistachio and the almonds.
- In a bowl put all the ingredients (add those you have kept aside) and work the mixture with your palms. Shape balls and refrigerate.
- Then roll over shredded dry coconut and refrigerate again.
