Ingredients
- Nonstick cooking spray
- 1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
- 4 ounces cooked turkey sausage breakfast links (5 to 6 links), thinly sliced
- 1 medium green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¾ cup pizza sauce
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded lowfat Monterey Jack or pizza cheese blend
How to Make It
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Spray 15x10- inch jelly-roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Unroll crust on pan; press to edges of pan. Bake about 6 minutes or until crust begins to brown.
- Spray large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Cook and stir onion over medium-high heat until tender. Add sausage and bell pepper to skillet. Cook and stir about 5 minutes or until bell pepper is crisp-tender.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over crust; top with sausage mixture. Sprinkle with red pepper flakes, if desired. Top with cheese.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown and cheese is melted. Cut pizza into 8 pieces to serve.
