How to Make It
- Add the butter and olive oil to a large skillet and place over medium high heat.
- Place the chops in the hot skillet and cook for 2–3 minutes and flip.
- Sprinkle the top side with ¾ of the fresh rosemary and cook for 7–8 minutes then flip to brown the other side as well.
- Once the chops are golden brown, reduce the heat to low and cook for another 4–5 minutes, until they are cooked through.
- Place on a serving plate, garnish with the remaining rosemary and serve.
