Ingredients
- 1 pound bread dough
- 4 ounces raisins
- Rosemary
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- Olive oil
- Salt
How to Make It
- In a skillet, warm 6 tablespoons of olive oil. Add the rosemary and the raisins to infuse the oil. Remove from the heat, and set aside to cool.
- On a floured board, knead the bread dough with the infused oil, the raisins, a bit of fresh rosemary, the sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Divide the dough into 6 loaves and arrange on a floured baking sheet. Score the surface 4 times in the shape of an X, and set aside to rest for 1 hour.
- Brush the surface of the loaves with olive oil and bake in a preheated 400° oven for 30 minutes.
