Ingredients
- 3 cups (750 ml) walnuts
- 20 dates, pitted
- ½ cup (125 ml) peanut or almond butter
- ½ cup (125 ml) cocoa powder
How to Make It
- Line a 9 x 9 inch (23 x 23 cm) baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse nuts until crumbly. Add remaining ingredients and continue blending until mixture forms a sticky ball. Press mixture into pan using your hands.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes. Cut into bars.
