Ingredients
- 3 cups walnuts (soaked for 1 hr)
- 1½ cups dates
- 1½ cups raisins
- 6 tablespoons raw carob powder
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Icing
- 1 cup macadamia nuts (soaked for 1 hr)
- 1 cup cashews (soaked for 1 hr)
- 1 banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 oz vegan cream cheese
How to Make It
- Blend all ingredients in a food processor until mixture forms a ball.
- Press mixture into cake pan. Icing
- Drain soaked nuts.
- Add nuts to a blender or food processor and blend with other ingredients until smooth. Add sweetener is desired.
