Ingredients
- 8 oz fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp water
- 4 oz low-fat cream cheese
- 3 tbsp fat-free milk
- ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
How to Make It
- Combine raspberries and water in a saucepan over medium heat, about 10 minutes.
- Puree the berry mixture in a blender.
- Cool in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Combine cream cheese, milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar in a blender until smooth.
- Alternately spoon cream cheese mixture and berry puree into the molds.
- Add sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours.
