Ingredients
- 1 cup red or white quinoa, cooked
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup, grade b
- ½ cup walnuts, chopped
- ½ cup brazil nuts, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped dried figs
- 1 package fresh blackberries
- ¼ cup pumpkin seeds, for garnish
How to Make It
- Combine quinoa, chia seeds, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup in a large bowl.
- Add the walnuts, brazil nuts, figs, and blackberries and mix well. Garnish with fresh fruit and pumpkin seeds.
