Ingredients
- 1 cup pea protein
- 1 cup almond butter
- ½ cup vegan chocolate chips
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped nuts (almonds, walnuts and/or pecans)
- 3 tbsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup quick oats
How to Make It
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Form mixture into desired shape and coat with shredded coconut.
