Ingredients
- ½ pound cubed pork liver
- 1 cup sliced Green Beans
- ½ cup sliced zucchini
- ½ cup sliced Celery and few red chili peppers
- 1 Tsp oil
How to Make It
- Marinade liver in a Superfoods marinade. Stir fry drained liver in coconut oil for few minutes, add all vegetables and stir fry for 2 more minutes.
- Add the rest of the marinade and stir fry for a minute. Serve with brown rice or quinoa.
