Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped onions
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- Salt, black pepper to taste
- 4 pounds pork roast
- 1 cup sliced carrots
- ΒΌ cup sliced celery
- 3 cups bok choy
- 3 cups beef broth
How to Make It
- Put ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover, & cook on low for 8 hours.
