Ingredients
Crust
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese (about 1 ounce)
Toppings
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 ounces)
- Additional toppings of choice, such as ¼ cup diced green bell pepper or diced onion (optional)
- 2 tablespoons Pizza Spice Mix
How to Make It
- Preheat the oven to 375°F. Line a 9-by-13-inch baking dish or 9-inch pie plate with parchment paper and lightly grease. (Make sure to use a dish with sides because the crust dough has the consistency of batter.)
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, eggs, garlic, and Parmesan cheese with a handheld mixer. Spread into the greased pan. Prebake for 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow the crust to cool for 2 minutes.
- Ladle the pizza sauce over the crust. Top evenly with the mozzarella cheese and additional pizza toppings (if using). Sprinkle on the spice mix.
- Bake the pizza until crisp and golden, about 10 minutes. Remove from the oven, slice into sticks, and serve.
