How to Make It
- Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Chop the pineapple and make a puree of the pineapple till it is thick and creamy in texture.
- Mix in the almond meal. Chop the apples and make a puree of it. Repeat the process with the apple. In another bowl, whip the egg whites until it has soft peak. Fold it into pineapple mixture. Bake it in the pre-heated oven for 30 minutes. Garnish with grated almonds.
