Ingredients
- 2 tbsp a handful of pine nuts
- 100 g grated Parmesan
- 1 large bunch chopped fresh Basil
- ½ cup olive oil
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 500 g Penne
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp large sea salt
- a handful of pine nuts
How to Make It
- To prepare the pesto sauce. Basil wash and dry. Garlic clean. Place the Basil, garlic and pine nuts in a blender and grind until a homogeneous mass.
- Continuing to whisk, a thin stream pour in the olive oil. Add the grated Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Boil Penne according to instructions on the package. Discard in a colander, intensively shake and mix with the sauce. Put it on plates and sprinkle with pine nuts.
