Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets
- 300 g Penne ("feather")
- 200 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice
- 400 ml of the double cream
- butter
- olive oil
- 1 sprig of thyme
- salt, freshly ground black pepper
How to Make It
- Cut both chicken breast fillets in half lengthwise, sauté in olive oil on both sides until Golden brown. Add thyme and a little butter, add salt, cover and leave on minimum heat for 6-10 min. depending on size of fillet.
- At the same time put to cook the pasta in boiling salted water, cook according to the instructions on the package.
- For a couple of minutes until cooked Penne in a large saucepan mix the cream and tomatoes in their own juice, add salt, pepper, warm.
- Penne pasta is ready drain in a colander, shake off excess water, place pasta in saucepan with sauce, mix and serve together with the chicken.
