Ingredients

- 5 g of orange peel
- 4 oranges juice
- 120 g grated Parmesan
- 1 liter of cream 35% fat content
- 1 package Penne (feathers)
How to Make It
- In a saucepan pour in the juice, and evaporate it by half.
- Then, intensively stirring slowly, pour the cream and add the thinly sliced strips of peel, evaporate the sauce by a third.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Boil Penne in boiling salted water until tender, and mix with hot sauce.
- Serve immediately, when submitting sprinkle with cheese.
