Pasta ideal for dinner after work. We offer the option of pasta with mussels. Mussels are rich in protein and minerals while low in fat and calories.
Ingredients
- 200 g mussels frozen
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 150 ml cream 20% fat
- salt
- 100 ml olive oil

- 2 cloves garlic
- 25 g parsley
- 15 grams shelled walnuts
- 50 ml olive oil
- 15 g Parmesan cheese
- 25 g Basil leaves
How to Make It
- Wash the mussels under running water. In olive oil add a little salt, black pepper and lemon juice. Put in marinade mussels and leave for 10 min.
- Pour the Penne in boiling salted water and cook for 13 minutes. Drain in a colander.
- To make the sauce. Garlic clean. Basil and parsley, wash, dry. In a blender grind the Basil, parsley, garlic, walnuts and cheese. A thin stream pour in the olive oil and whisk the sauce for maximum speed, 10 sec.
- To put the sauce in a saucepan, add cream, bring to a boil, but do not boil. Season with salt and pepper.
- To this mixture, add pasta, quickly stir.
- The pasta with the sauce, add the mussels, stir and slightly warm. Serve immediately to the table, garnished with Basil leaves and parsley.
