Ingredients
- ½ medium mango, peeled
- 300 g low-fat plain yoghurt
- 2½ passionfruit, halved
How to Make It
- Place the mango and half of the yoghurt in a high-powered blender and blend until smooth.
- To serve, place the remaining yoghurt in a serving bowl. Add the mango yoghurt and swirl through with a spoon. Top with the passionfruit pulp.
