These are a summertime staple at our house. In the evenings, you can often find us riding bikes on country roads with the boys enjoying these push pops in the pull-behind.
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, or seeds scraped from 1 vanilla bean (about 6 inches long)
- 4 ounces (½ cup) cream cheese, softened (or ½ cup coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 1¼ cups unsweetened vanilla-flavored almond milk, store-bought or homemade (or unsweetened vanilla-flavored hemp milk for nut-free)
- ¼ cup Swerve confectioners’-style sweetener or equivalent amount of liquid or powdered sweetener
- 1 teaspoon orange extract or 2 drops orange oil
- ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
