- 1 tablespoon canola oil

- 1 tablespoon butter
How to Make It
- Add the oil and butter to a large skillet and set over medium heat. Season the fish pieces with the seafood seasoning and place in the hot pan.
- Let them cook for 4–5 minutes per side until light golden brown. Remove from the pan and cover to keep warm.
- In the same pan, sauté the pine nuts for 3–4 minutes.
- Add the kale and chicken broth and cook for 3–5 minutes until the kale wilts.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fish on a serving dish along with sautéed kale and enjoy.
