Ingredients
- 6 cups water
- 5 cups dried navy beans, soaked overnight, drained, and rinsed
- 1 pound ham, cubed
- 15-oz can corn, drained
- 4-oz can mild diced green chiles, drained
- 1 onion, diced, optional
- salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It
- Place all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on Low 8–10 hours, or until beans are tender.
