Ingredients
- 1 cup canned or fresh mushrooms
- 2 cups chicken broth
- ΒΌ cup milk
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- Black pepper, to taste
How to Make It
- If using fresh mushrooms, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Slice the mushrooms.
- Bring the chicken broth and milk to a boil in a medium-sized saucepan.
- Add the mushrooms.
- Bring back to a boil, and stir in the soy sauce and black pepper. Taste and adjust the seasoning if desired.
