How to Make It
- In a mixing bowl, add in the chopped onions, eggs, mushrooms and honey. Add in the meat.
- Next sprinkle the oregano, parsley, and basil and mix well. Preheat your oven to 360 Fahrenheit.
- Make meatballs which are around 2 inches in size. Place it on a baking sheet. Cook for 30 minutes.
- While your meatballs are getting ready, you can start making the sauce. For the sauce, take a skillet; add in a little olive oil and sauté the mushrooms for 5 minutes over medium heat.
- When the meatballs are ready, put them one by one in the sauce. Pour in the beef broth a teaspoon of thyme and allow it to simmer for a few minutes.
- Pour in the wine and keep stirring till all the flavors have combined.
