Ingredients
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ cup Marsala wine
- 2 lbs boneless chicken
- 1 cup fresh mushrooms
- ¼ tsp pepper
How to Make It
- Set a pan over a medium source of heat. Add in olive oil and heat.
- Add in the chicken and let cook until it becomes golden brown. Add a seasoning of pepper and salt.
- Decrease the heat intensity and allow to cook through. Set aside.
- In the same pan, set in mushrooms and heat until browned.
- To the mushrooms, add in the wine. You then return chicken.
- Heat through and serve.
