Ingredients
- 3 habanero chilli peppers
- ½ mango
- 2 ml white vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 30 g muscovado sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
How to Make It
- Remove the stems from the chillies and peel and pit the mango.
- Combine the chillies with the mango, vinegar and garlic in a blender and process until smooth.
- Boil the sugar with 2 tablespoons water and add the chilli and mango purée. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes.
- Season with the salt and maple syrup.
