Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 3 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoon tobanjan (Chinese hot miso)
- 3 tablespoon soy sauce
- ½ pound ground meat (pork, beef, or chicken)
- 2 firm tofu, cut to ¼ bite size
- 4 green onion, cut to 1 inch long pieces
- ½ cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 4 tablespoon water
How to Make It
- Stir-fry ginger, garlic, green onion and ground meat with sesame oil for a few minutes. Turn off heat.
- Add soy sauce, and dissolve tobanjan in the stir-fried mix.
- Add tofu, chicken stock and corned starch dissolved in water.
- Mix the whole gently.
- Heat until tofu is cooked.
