How to Make It
- Add the avocado oil to a large skillet and set over medium heat.
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, basil, and oregano and place in the hot skillet.
- Cook until browned on all sides and cooked through. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
- In the same skillet melt the butter.
- Add the garlic and sauté for a minute.
- Stir in the lemon juice. Place the drumsticks back in the skillet and spoon the juices over them. Cook for 1–2 minutes and remove from heat.
- Place the chicken onto a serving plate, sprinkle with chopped cilantro, and serve.
