Lavender crepes with dry lavender flowers, fresh apple and dates.
Ingredients
- 1 (1/3 cup) dry cashews
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup fresh coconut flesh
- 2 tbsp agave nectar or melted coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp lavender flowers
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tsp psyllium husks
For Filling
- 5 big dates
- ¼ cup soaked raisins
- Pinch of salt
- 1 big apple
- ½ cup walnuts
- 1 banana diced
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of cinnamon powder
- Pinch of clove powder
How to Make It
- Put all the ingredients into the high speed blender and blend until it gets creamy.
- Apply on a dehydrator sheet and dehydrate for 6 -7 hours; flip sides in between. For Filling
- In a food processor put all the ingredients except the apple and the banana and pulse 2-3 times. Dice the apple and the banana and mix with the rest.
- When the sheet is ready remove it from the dehydrator and cut in crepe size shapes.
- Spread the filling on each crêpe and roll carefully. Serve with your favorite syrup or cream on top and garnish with nuts.
