This is my own ketogenic version of the famous goddess dressing, without the soy and hydrogenated oils. It contains plenty of healthy fats instead and you will not be disappointed with the nutty and creamy flavor! This dressing can be used on salads or on your favorite Keto Paleo sandwich.
Ingredients
- 0.33 cup (84 g) well-stirred tahini (sesame seed butter)
- ¼ cup (60 ml) water
- ¼ cup (60 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3 tbsp (45 ml) coconut aminos
- 2 cloves garlic, pressed
- 5 drops toasted sesame oil
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) avocado oil
How to Make It
- In a small food processor, mix the tahini, water, lemon juice, coconut aminos, garlic, sesame oil and avocado oil on high until a smooth cream forms.
