Ingredients
- 2 tbsp each extra-virgin olive oil or cumin oil and coconut oil
- 3 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp. jalapeno hot sauce
- 2 pounds bone-in pork chops
- Salt
- 4 stalks celery, chopped
- 1 large white onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 cups chicken broth
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- 2 cups raw cannellini beans
- 6 cups packed Kale
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook for 8 hours on low.
