Ingredients
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 sprig dried thyme
- 2½ pounds pork neck
- 3 chopped carrots
- 4 cups chicken stock
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- 1 bouquet garni (thyme, parsley and bay leaf)
- 1 bunch chopped parsley
- 1 bunch chives
How to Make It
- Put all ingredients in the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 hours.
