Ingredients
- 2 pounds beef sirloin, cut into 2 inch strips
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 cup Beef Broth
- 1 small chopped onion
- ½ cups carrots
- 1 cup sliced celery
- 1 tsp salt
How to Make It
- Sprinkle beef with minced garlic. Heat the coconut oil in a skillet and brown the seasoned beef sirloin strips. Transfer to an Instant Pot dish.
- Add carrots, onion, celery and salt. Pour broth into the Instant Pot dish with meat. Make sure that the lid is locked, press “Manual” button and set for 25 minutes.
- Rest for 10 minutes after completion or let it sit on "Warm" for 20 minutes and pressure will be released naturally.
