Ingredients
- 1 cup quartered fresh strawberries
- 1 cup diced fresh peaches
- 3 tablespoons sugar substitute, divided
- ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
- 5 ounces reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 3 tablespoons fat-free sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fat-free skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ cup graham cracker crumbs
How to Make It
- Combine strawberries, peaches, 1 tablespoon sugar substitute and ginger in medium bowl. Toss gently to blend.
- Beat cream cheese, sour cream, milk, vanilla and remaining 2 tablespoons sugar substitute in small bowl with electric mixer at medium speed until smooth.
- Place about 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture in each of four (4-ounce) custard cups. Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon graham cracker crumbs; top with ½ cup fruit mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
