    How to Make Zucchini Tot Hot Dish

    Ketogenic Cookbook - Nutritious Low-Carb

    Ingredients

    • 1 pound grass-fed ground beef
    • ¼ cup chopped yellow onion
    • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt
    • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    • 1 recipe Zucchini Tots
    • 8 ounces cream cheese (about 1 cup), softened
    • ½ cup beef bone broth
    • 1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (about 6 ounces)
    How to Make It
    1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
    2. In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef with the onion for 5 to 7 minutes, until the beef is fully cooked. Season with the salt and pepper.
    3. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the bottom of a 2-quart casserole dish. Arrange the zucchini tots evenly over the beef layer.
    4. In a small bowl, stir together the cream cheese and broth until smooth. Pour over the tater tot and beef layers. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
    5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until the cheese is bubbly and slightly brown.
