- 4 ounces mascarpone
- 7 strawberries
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ cup sugar substitute
- ¼ cup crème fraiche
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

How to Make It
- To prepare the crust, combine the melted butter, almond flour, and about two thirds of the sugar substitute in a medium bowl and mix well to combine.
- Divide the mixture evenly into 2 serving bowls, lightly pressing with your hands.
- To prepare the filling, puree the strawberries in a food processor, leaving 2 strawberries to the side for garnish.
- Add the remaining sugar substitute, vanilla extract, mascarpone, and crème fraiche to the food processor. Blend until it reaches a smooth consistency.
- Spoon the mixture over the crusts and allow to chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Slice the remaining strawberries and arrange on each bowl. Serve and enjoy.
