This healthy twist on strawberries and cream uses a cream made from coconut water and macadamia nuts. The nuts are a rich source of monousaturated fatty acids, which are reputed to lower cholesterol.
Ingredients
- 0.33 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 1¾ cups fresh strawberries
- 10.33 cups fat–free Greek yogurt
- 1 cup coconut water
How to Make It
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and pulse to give a smooth, silky texture.
- Pour into four glasses and serve.
