Ingredients
- 1 cup (125 g) macadamia nuts, unsalted
- 1 cup (120 g) pecans, unsalted
- 1 cup (150 g) almonds, unsalted
- 1 cup (130 g) walnuts, unsalted
- ½ tsp ground cardamom
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp ground cayenne
- 1 tsp unrefined sea salt
- 2 tbsp (28 g) butter
- 2 tbsp (24 g) LAKANTO or erythritol
How to Make It
- In a large skillet, dry roast the macadamias, pecans, almonds and walnuts until they are golden on the outside, about 3 minutes.
- In a small saucepan, dry roast the cardamom, cumin, coriander, cayenne and salt, for about 30 seconds, being careful not to burn them. Add the butter and sweetener to the mix. Melt the butter and sweetener, stirring constantly until smooth and well blended with the spices.
- Put the nuts in a large bowl and pour the spiced butter on top. Toss to coat evenly and let cool before enjoying. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to a week.
