Noodles Sicilian style! This is one of the most truly Italian recipes I can think of although of course I had to change it up just a bit to fit our Keto Paleo lifestyle. I’ve removed the grains and added good fiber. You’ll be surprised by just how much flavor it has!
Ingredients
- 4 servings All-Purpose Keto Paleo Noodles
- 4 tbsp (60 ml) extra virgin olive oil
- 4 tbsp (4 g) fresh parsley, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 peperoncino, chopped
How to Make It
- Prepare the noodles as indicated in the recipe, keeping warm.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the olive oil over low heat, then add the parsley, garlic and peperoncino. Sauté for about 2 minutes, until the garlic is golden but not burnt, or it will turn bitter.
- Add the noodles to the pan and mix gently with the sauce, for about 30 seconds. Serve immediately.
