- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
How to Make It
- Cut the tofu into small cubes, about ½ inch.
- Add the sesame oil to a large skillet and place over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu and sauté until golden on all sides.
- Add the fresh ginger, kale and desired amount of soy sauce. Cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently, until the kale wilts.
- Remove from heat and divide into 2 serving bowls. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
